Belles in this category serve mostly as non-combat experience boosters for other Belles in their fleets. This boost applies to both battles (for which these training Belles are generally not recommended) and Cruises. All Cruise rewards (experience, resources) are boosted significantly with a training Belle in the fleet.
The longer the duration of the Cruise, the larger the increase in rewards granted by having a training Belle present.
A training Belle will only boost the experience of those at or below her level.
