This tutorial will describe how to associate a {{{1}}} with a {{{2}}} using the [[{{{3}}}|]] form. Note that both {{{1}}} and {{{2}}} must exist in the Cargo system in order for this to work, otherwise the drop-downs on the form will not populate!
