Boiky is a Soviet Belle available at the 1939 start of the game. She is one of three initial Belles for a Soviet Union player.

Starting Equipment

Boiky has a great director, fantastic long range guns, and great MGs for AA work. However, she only has 4 rifles total, her rangekeeper is bad, her torps are terrible, and her tactic does not synergize with her play-style. She also lacks ASDIC, decent depth charges, and longer range AA which will become a problem when subs and CVs are active. If you can keep Boiky at medium-long range, she will out-perform any belle from other nations at those ranges but she is not flexible outside of that comfort zone.
